Communication is Key

Communication is of the highest importance to us. We want to make sure you know exactly what what we are doing for your family member and why we are doing it. We keep the lines of communication very open so that you feel informed, and have the opportunity to participate in the plan of care.

Communication openness among team ´╗┐members helps us make sure everyone understands resident care goals. Effective team communication and coordination are recognized as being crucial for improving quality and safety in medical settings. Staff-to-staff communication is also important to make sure everyone is on the same page, which is handled through regular care plan meetings to discuss each and every resident.
